CONTEST INFO & RULES

The Game of the Month contest is a draw for one prize per month ending December 31, 2018. Toys Games Puzzles (“we”, or “us”) will conduct the drawing of the winning entry on the last day of each month, on our Facebook page Live on the earlier of 12:00 PM EST on the last day of the month, or the Monday of the following week. The winning entry will be notified by email and will have 72 hours to provide us with a valid shipping address. The prize will be shipped by regular shipping to the shipping address provided by the winner within 48 hours of the draw. Should the winning entry not provide a valid shipping address within 72 hours of the draw, we will conduct a second draw, or draws, until a winner responds with a valid shipping address. You must be 21 years of age or older to win. No purchase necessary. One qualifier per household. You need not be present to win. Void where prohibited. The contest is open to everyone with the exception of employees of the Toys Games Puzzles, their families, agencies and representatives. All taxes relative to the prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner. No prize substitutions, assignments or transfers. No cash equivalents. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the contest of their own free will and that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing, and they therefore understand and agree that neither Toys Games Puzzles, its agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules. The winning entrant agrees that we may announce his or her name on our website or social media. We agree to keep the winning entrant’s contact info (i.e. email address) private and confidential. Approximate value of the prize is $40.97 USD + shipping costs.
